FAQ
1、 Shape and size of heated workpiece
Induction heating equipment with high relative power and low frequency shall be selected for large workpieces, bars and solid materials; For small workpieces, pipes, plates, gears, etc., induction heating equipment with low relative power and high frequency shall be selected.
2、 Depth and area to be heated
For deep heating depth, large area and overall heating, induction heating equipment with high power and low frequency shall be selected; With shallow heating depth, small area and local heating, induction heating equipment with low relative power and high frequency shall be selected.
3、 Required heating rate
The required heating speed is fast, and the induction heating equipment with relatively large power and relatively low frequency shall be selected.
4、 Continuous working time of equipment
For long continuous working time, induction heating equipment with slightly higher power shall be selected; on the contrary, equipment with relatively lower power shall be selected.
5、 Connecting distance between sensing parts and equipment
The wiring is long, and even needs to be connected by water-cooled cable. Induction heating equipment with relatively high power shall be selected.
6、 Process requirements
Generally speaking, quenching, welding and other processes can be selected with lower power and higher frequency; For tempering, annealing and other processes, select higher relative power and lower frequency; For red stamping, hot forging, smelting, etc., processes with good diathermy effect are required, so the power is selected higher and the frequency is selected lower. 7、 Material of workpiece
In metal materials, the relative selection power of high melting point is larger, and the relative selection power of low melting point is smaller; The power selected for low resistivity is larger, and the power selected for high resistivity is smaller.
