Acid Refractory
Characteristics Of Acid Refractories
Usually refers to the refractory material with SiO2 content greater than 93%. Its main feature is that it can resist the erosion of acid slag at high temperature, but it is easy to react with alkaline slag. Acid refractory materials are mainly composed of silica, commonly used are silica bricks and clay bricks.
Scope of application
The medium frequency induction melting furnace lining has high refractory temperature, good corrosion resistance to alkaline, neutral and weakly acidic slag, and has a long service life and high cost performance.
