  1. Preparation before building the furnace: Before building the furnace, it must be ensured that the entire furnace is clean and free of iron impurities; the yoke is in a fastened state

For the first time, six bags (150 kg) are alternately tamped with a three-pronged fork (about 15 minutes), and then 12 bags (300 kg) are also alternately tamped. Then use the furnace builder to vibrate for more than 20 minutes, measure the height of the bottom of the furnace and level it, then carefully put it into the crucible, try to make the distance between the furnace walls around the crucible equal. (around 13.5mm).
  7. Three bags (75KG) are evenly poured into the outside of the crucible each time for building the furnace, and tamped alternately for 5-10 minutes each time. Until it is filled and parallel to the crucible barrel. Note that at least three layers at the bottom should be fully tamped, because the furnace builder at the bottom cannot vibrate at all. During the vibration process, every three to five centimeters is a knotting surface, and each knotting surface vibrates for more than 5 minutes. Until the vibration reaches about 30 cm from the crucible.
  8. The furnace lining should be finished at one time, and resolutely prevent it from starting again the next day, so as to prevent dust from entering the isolation furnace lining material.
