①Be sure to stop the intermediate frequency power supply first when turning down the furnace. Otherwise, it will cause the power supply to open circuit and burn the electrical components.

②When the furnace leakage current is greater than 60MA and the horizontal and vertical cracks in the furnace lining are greater than 3MM, pay attention to check the furnace lining to prevent furnace penetration.

③The furnace body should minimize the storage time of high-temperature molten iron to avoid burning the furnace lining.(Above 1350°C is high temperature)

④When the furnace body or capacitors and intermediate frequency cabinets are found to be leaking, first stop the machine, and then proceed to treatment. Attention should be paid to tilting the furnace body once every 20 minutes (tilt angle 30°) and falling back after 20 minutes until melting
*Caution:Operate as an oven when the temperature of molten iron drops below 900°C.

Warning:
During normal production, if the cooling water of the furnace body suddenly cuts off, the emergency water valve should be opened within five minutes to allow water to flow through the furnace body; otherwise, the coil insulation will be damaged (At this time, the external water inlet valve on the water-water exchanger should be closed, and the valve must be opened when the water in the furnace body is normal)
Note: The furnace leakage current generally has the following situations
①Leakage nozzle hanging iron in contact with the furnace shell

②The bottom electrode contacts the furnace shell

③The furnace lining is wet

④The furnace lining is thinned

⑤The slag scoop contacts the furnace shell during slag breaking
