*When the furnace body falls back, the manual reversing rod should be pushed forward slowly first, so as to avoid the furnace body vibrating when the manual reversing rod is pushed fast

Shutdown
The internal circulating water pump should continue to run for no less than 30 minutes before stopping the pump, and the external circulating water pump should stop the pump when the furnace temperature is less than 100°C.

Inspection
The intermediate frequency equipment works normally for 30 minutes to deal with ①Furnace yoke (the allowable temperature of the core of the yoke is below 200°C), ﹞/water-cooled cable/water-cooled busbar/capacitor shell/reactor coil/silicon controlled silicon cooling water pipe/incoming line and phase change Inductance/Use an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature. When the temperature is greater than 45°C, pay attention to whether the waterway is unblocked. ②Whether there is condensation in the coil during high-power operation (if so, it is not suitable to use high-power below 800KW) and whether there is discharge phenomenon.

Routine inspection
All connecting bolts should be fastened within one month of normal operation of the intermediate frequency equipment (special attention should be paid to the bolts connecting the furnace body coil and the water-cooled cable); dust removal should be carried out in the intermediate frequency furnace body/capacitor/power supply cabinet every week.
